We finally feel like we are making some headway on our home improvements. In total, we have finished all four bedrooms: actually the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and the smallest bedroom which was made into an office. We opted to give ourselves a break and have the front living room and dining room professionally painted. It was pricey, but well worth it. It would have taken us several weeks to finish what the painters did in just one day. The walls, base boards, and ceilings of both rooms were painted, and now we just have to do a few final touches such as light fixtures. The next home improvement task will likely be the master bathroom after the first of the new year.
