This is an HDR image shot on March 9th at the Weather Forecast Office in Albuquerque. There were some altocumulus and altostratus clouds exhibiting a lot of texture, and the low angle of the rising sun showcased them brilliantly. Three exposures were processed in Nik HDR Efex Pro.

This is an HDR image that I took after doing some trout fishing with my brother on a recent trip to Atlanta. The scene was along the Chattahoochee River, not too far from the city during the afternoon in late January. This image utilized 3 bracketed shots, each at 2EV, and was then processed in HDR Efex Pro.

I’ve been able to capture some decent images with just my iphone, but I haven’t shared many of them on my site here. Usually they just end up on twitter, facebook, and Google+. With this post, and hopefully many more in the future, I will share a few candid images that I have recently captured.
